               Recoverable Codes

摘要Quantum locally recoverable codes (QLRCs) have attracted considerable attention due to their potential applications in large-scale quantum data storage and their close connection to quantum LDPC codes. This talk investigates the asymptotic performance of QLRCs through the lens of the redundancy coefficient (RC). We develop general methods for constructing QLRCs with explicit stabilizers under different inner products and introduce the strong QLRCs, which provide enhanced local recoverability. By enumerating subspaces with prescribed structural properties, we establish a Gilbert–Varshamov(GV) bound for QLRCs and derive a closed-form expression for the RC of QLRCs with a fixed alphabet size q, locality r, and minimum distance δ. Based on the GV bound obtained and a detailed analysis of the parity-check matrices of the underlying simplistic dual-containing codes, we further derive upper and lower bounds on RC. Finally, leveraging generalized tensor product codes, we present explicit constructions of strong QLRCs with unbounded lengths, yielding infinite families of QLRCs whose parameters surpass the GV bound.

个人简介:罗高骏,南京航空航天大学数学学院副研究员,国家重大人才工程A类青年人才、江苏省特聘教授、硕士生导师。2019年于南京航空航天大学获得理学博士学位后在新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究。主要研究领域为代数编码、量子信息、通信系统中序列设计和分布式系统,在IEEE TITIEEE TCOMDCC等领域顶级权威期刊发表学术论文60余篇。作为主要完成人之一,2017获江苏省科学技术奖。自2022年起担任期刊《Computational and Applied Mathematics》(JCR Q1编委。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目等多项科研项目
